Isabeth Parga

Client Services Associate

Hello, my name is Isabeth Parga, and I'm a Client Services Associate at Centric. My primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to clients while assisting financial advisors with specific tasks. My main objective is to cultivate and strengthen advisor-client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, goal attainment, and an overall positive experience with our services.

In terms of my educational background, I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences. Before joining Centric, I gained valuable experience working in various roles, including server, veterinary technician, and paralegal at a real estate law firm. However, it was my introduction to Robert Kiyosaki's book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," that sparked my interest in the financial world. Since immersing myself in that book, my journey of learning about money management and investing has been ongoing. The values I hold dear, such as integrity and service, perfectly resonate with Centric, making it an ideal platform for me to leverage my customer service experience and skills to support both financial advisors and their clients.

I currently reside in Cypress, Texas, but I'm a proud El Paso native. I have grown to appreciate the beautiful parks, diverse cultural events, and vibrant atmosphere that Houston offers. During my leisure time, I actively pursue a side hustle with my boyfriend, where we sell vintage and new items on various online marketplaces. When I feel like unwinding, there's nothing quite like cuddling up with a timeless classic movie, diving into a captivating podcast, and creating unforgettable moments with my beloved family and friends.
