Thelma Saravia

Hi, I'm Thelma. I'm an Associate Wealth Advisor at Centric Advisors, where I help individuals, families, and business owners work toward their financial goals with confidence. Throughout my time at Centric, I've had the opportunity to work in several areas of the firm, including operations, compliance, billing, investment and trading support, and client service. Having a background in finance, transitioning into wealth management felt like a natural next step, and it's been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

Before joining Centric, I worked in Higher Education as a Financial Aid Advisor, helping students and families from all walks of life navigate the often-complicated world of paying for college. I quickly realized how much I enjoyed helping people make important financial decisions during major life milestones.

I later worked as an underwriter for a Property & Inland Marine division, where I helped businesses protect themselves from property-related losses. One of the most rewarding parts of that role was knowing I was helping business owners prepare for and recover from some of their most challenging moments.

Today, I bring those experiences together to help simplify complex financial decisions for our clients. I especially enjoy working with business owners and families to create practical financial strategies that help them reach their long-term goals. Seeing clients gain confidence in their financial future is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

I believe that we can't always know exactly what the future will bring, but we can feel confident in the plan we have in place & adjust along the way as life changes. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two sons, Matthew and Angelo. I love running, jump roping, dancing, and making memories with family and friends over good food.
