Operations Manager
Hi I’m Luz Martinez. As a Agency Operations Manager, I am the first point of contact for the service of policy operations. I help with the execution of risk planning and protection through all lines of insurance. The foundation of my role with Centric Risk, is essentially supporting families on a really bad day.
As a University of Houston alum with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance, I was interested in the world of data. With a love for numbers, problem solving, and critical thinking, Centric was an opportunity to utilize my technical skills and apply them to real world problems all while helping families. I hope to create and maintain a positive and welcoming client experience, as well as helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
I am passionate about giving back to my community and helping others. I’m an advocate and volunteer for women shelter groups and immigration shelters. When I’m not working, I enjoy working out, the outdoors, reading a good book, and traveling.
